Southampton Football Club is fully committed to the challenge of tackling all forms of racism and discrimination.    The beautiful game should be accessible to all members of our community and the Club is committed to equality not just across race and religion but also disability, gender, age and sexual orientation. 
 
The Club has a zero tolerance to all forms of racism and discrimination at St Marys Stadium and operates a clear and transparent policy when dealing with any issues that arise on Matchday.  
 
Racism Just Aint Saintly was set up in 2002, to reflect the diverse nature of fans that follow football as well as the multi cultural communities that surround the stadium. Developed in partnership with Southampton City Council, the brand has become synomenous with the Club’s commitment to combat racism ensuring St Marys Stadium is safe and pleasant environment for all members of our community.

The Club’s community engagement programme operated by The Saints Foundation strives to develop strong partnerships and breakdown perceived barriers within the wider community using football as a catalyst to challenge society’s views on inclusion with great success.   The programme includes the following:-
 
·          Anti racism and discrimination workshops
·          The Onside Project - Inner city coaching programmes for multi cultural communities.
·          SaintsAbility - disability coaching programme for adults and young people.
·          Youth educational engagement programmes for 12-18 year olds.
 
Southampton Football Club also works closely with the industry organisation Kick It Out and fully embraces the annual National Week of Action to raise awareness of equality within the game. The Club is also committed to achieving the Equality Standard for Professional Clubs which will ratify our ambitions to ensure the national game is accessible by all.
