As well as a key stage of the season for Saints, Year 11 pupils are also facing a decisive period where results matter!
With the exam season for Year 11 pupils fast approaching, their attention turns to the next educational pathway from September 2012, and the Saints Foundation is offering a Futsal and Education scholarship programme, exclusively for 16-18 year olds.
Building on the success of our existing group of 16 first year scholars, the Saints Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity to pursue a Futsal and Education scholarship. Studying a BTEC Level 3 in Sport the scholars will also represent Southampton Football Club in the official Football League Futsal programme competing against other professional Clubs to be crowned Futsal Champions!

Jack is a first year scholar and commented, “It’s a great opportunity if you love football and want to specialise in Sports Studies. You get to represent Saints and I really feel part of Southampton Football Club. The qualifications give me the entry level required to go to University and that’s what I hope to do once I finish my 2nd year.”
The Saints Foundation is holding a number of Open Evening’s for parents and potential scholars to visit the Stadium and find out more about the College programme. The Open Evening’s will be held on the following dates between 6.00pm – 7.30pm:-

· Wednesday 28th March 2012
· Thursday 29th March 2012
